The Sohagi Law Group was established in 2006 to provide outstanding legal services in all areas of land use, municipal, government law, and environmental law, including California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), federal and state clean air acts, the Coastal Act, and Endangered Species Act (ESA). Prominent Los Angeles firm, representing public agency clients, specializing in land use and environmental law including CEQA-NEPA, Climate Change, general plan and zoning is currently seeking:


One (1) highly-skilled CEQA practitioner with 5 years or more experience and superior transactional and litigation skills. Must have current experience reviewing complex technical environmental documents for legal defensibility. Attorney can be located outside of the LA area but must be willing to travel to LA office occasionally.


One (1) highly-skilled and motivated associate with 3-6 years of experience and superior transactional and/or litigation skills. Special emphasis on land use, including general plans and development agreements and various resource areas, including Endangered Species Act, Clean Water Act, Air Quality, Health Risk Assessments and/or Biological Resources a major plus.
