OF COUNSEL/CONTRACT ATTORNEY:
One (1) highly-skilled CEQA practitioner with 5 years or more experience and superior transactional and
litigation skills. Must have current experience reviewing complex technical environmental documents for
legal defensibility. Attorney can be located outside of the LA area but must be willing to travel to LA
One (1) highly-skilled and motivated associate with 3-6 years of experience and superior transactional and/or
litigation skills. Special emphasis on land use, including general plans and development agreements and
various resource areas, including Endangered Species Act, Clean Water Act, Air Quality, Health Risk Assessments
