Member of a select and small number of outside law firms assisting the Office of the General Counsel with the majority of their land use and environmental matters, a significant portion of which will involve California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) advice and compliance, including in depth review of environmental documents, as well as representing the University in CEQA and land use-related litigation.
